Inner care in service
to collective care
rooted in love.
You don’t need fixing. You deserve more than self-improvement. You deserve to be witnessed, honored, and held.
You’ve carried more than your share—ancestral weight, internalized expectations, systems that were never made for you. You’ve tried to heal yourself in isolation, to hustle your way into worthiness, to intellectualize your pain into silence. You’ve even taken the courses, read the books, followed the “mainstream” wellness voices, hoping they’d finally help you feel whole. But instead, you keep circling the same ache—like something deeper is still missing. That’s not a failure on your part. It’s the truth of living in a world that asks you to fix yourself instead of witness yourself. Here, you don’t need to perform. You get to exhale. To be held in a space where your complexity is honored, your survival is sacred, and your liberation is non-negotiable.
I work with folks who may move quietly but feel deeply. Those navigating the intersections of trauma, lineage, and longing. Those dreaming of a life rooted in integrity, care, and collective healing not hustle. We don’t bypass pain here — we honor it. We name the forces: white supremacy, capitalism, patriarchy, and ableism. And we dismantle them together with radical compassion, embodied awareness, and rhythms that remember the wisdom of our ancestors.
Together, we co-create a grounded, liberatory practice — one that honors your authentic whole self as you work, rest, breathe, and play.
This is sacred, slow work. And you’re right on time.
Hola, hola & welcome! This is me.
My name is Brenda Ramos. I’m a queer cis woman of Taíno heritage, raised within mixed cultures, shaped by ancestral memory, and aware of the privileges that come with white-passing proximity. My work is not neutral, it’s a soft and steady act of resistance.
As a mindfulness-based mentor & coach, meditation teacher, and movement guide—centering decolonial healing and collective liberation—I support people of the global majority, especially those who’ve been told they’re too sensitive, too slow, too much, in coming back to themselves.
Through mindfulness, stillness, rhythm, and breath, I help you remember:
You are not broken. You're responding to a world built on extraction.
You are not lost. You are living through systems that were never meant for your thriving.
You don’t need to change who you are. You need space to be who you’ve always been.
