My Framewerk: The Art of Radical Being
Why I do this work
I am dedicated to helping you question how we live, and to cultivate discernment and critical thinking around what we’ve been offered as the only options. I want you to see that we are more alike than different (outside of the oppressive systems in place) and that together we’re more powerful than we realize. I want us to co-create systems of care that benefit you personally and us collectively, including our more-than-human siblings, both seen and unseen, and the natural world all around us.
(The purpose)
What I do
(Why framewerk? Work is mostly physical. Werk includes all your dimensions )
Let me break it down for you
Living life as the fullest expression of yourself is an artform. It requires curiosity, courage, imagination and, in some cases, wild abandon. In the words of Angela Davis, “Radical means simply “grasping things at the root.” Through this work you’ll discover and rediscover deeper parts of yourself and others. You’ll get to the core of who you are, your Authentic Whole Self and when you look around you will know how to care for and be cared for even in the most challenging times.
Name: The Art of Radical Being
You have a goal that you’re motivated to reach. I have carefully crafted this framewerk so that I can help you find the tools, rituals and practices that are missing or you can plug in the ones that already work for you. When implemented with intentionality, you will reach your goal. You’ll also become highly aware of the Dynamic Balance you’ve begun to create.
Direction (aka the North Star): Dynamic Balance
Interior Spheres
(Inner Care)
Meditate
Grounding Focus
Slow down. Pause. Be present. Notice the thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations that you’re feeling. Choose to drop the stories. Choose to be with what is without judgment. Allow it to move through you. Anchor, acknowledge, honor, and return to this moment. Name a few things you see or hear. Bring your attention to a part of your body that feels rooted, maybe your feet or your seat, or touching your fingertips to an object. Locate the place within you that feels okay.
Embody
Be about it
Connect with yourself. Go inward. Examine & reexamine your values. Know the ways you’re resourced. Check-in with your heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit. Bring genuine curiosity with you to everything you do. Investigate the who, what, when, where, and why of yourself, your life, and your choices. Get honest about your needs. Practice using your senses to inform you. Practice dropping into your body to heed the wisdom it naturally carries.
Move
Aligned Action
Express yourself. Create. Start a movement. Connect with others. Collaborate. Make an impact. Reach out to your crew to help process and hold space for healing together. Dance! Stay committed to taking small, consistent steps towards the next experience that’s wise for you and good for the collective. Make mistakes! Balance dreaming and planning with doing. And gently propel as many parts of yourself as possible - heart, mind, body, soul, spirit.
Experience
Take it all in
Savor this moment. Give yourself grace. Release false urgency. Join your beloveds to share, rejoice, and grieve together. Be naughty. Celebrate with others in the most generous ways. Replenish your energy for the next round of growth. Honor your needs. Integrate the lessons. Take three things off your to-do list every week. Know that some things won’t get done, and that’s okay. Trust that your team - God/Nature/Source/Universe is at work when you are not.

Fields of Interaction
Self (the inner spheres): where we interact with different parts of ourself
Relational: where we mutually interact one to one or one to some
Community: where we mutually interact with small groups
Collective: where we interact with the majority either directly or indirectly
Systemic: the air we breathe, the water we swim in - the field that is mostly hidden from our conscious awareness imposed upon us by people in power to dictate how we interact with the world based on certain rules, regulations, morals, and values that may not be in alignment with our personal ones
Indigenous Wisdom - who we’re doing this werk with and for
Ancestors: beings who came 7 generations before us*
Siblings: beings around us today*
Descendents: beings who will come 7 generations after us*
*Beings can be human and non-human, known and unknown, related by blood or chosen and consequence.
Inherent Qualities - weaved into the fabric of my framewerk
Trust: confidence in yourself, Nature, Source, God, the Universe, the journey, your loved ones - anything or anyone you can turn to when you’re feeling a sense of doubt
Awareness: conscious knowledge of inner and outer environments and your placement in them
Wisdom: insight gained from experience, passed down intergenerationally, and integrated from the natural world
Interdependence: the intricate mutuality that exists between us and everything else in all the fields of interaction across time and space
