We’ll be moving to the infectious beats of Afro-Latin house music, inspiring you to lean into the language of your body when your mind feels overwhelmed. The Sacred Sensual is a moving meditation that invites you to slow down, tune in, and fully embody your sensual side. What should I wear?
Anything comfortable that allows you to move freely. Yoga clothes, sweats, or even pajamas—whatever makes you feel good!

Do I have to keep my camera on?
You don’t! After a brief intro and community hello, you're welcome to turn your camera off and make the experience your own. Some days you might feel like taking it easy, and other days you might go all out. Turning off your camera can help you focus inward and move without feeling the need to perform—it’s all about what feels best for you in the moment.

Do I need any special equipment?
Nope! Just bring yourself, an open heart, and a space where you can move. A yoga mat is helpful, but not necessary.

Is this a workout?
